The apartments are located at Usana, a small village of around a dozen houses of wood and stone, a mile away from AINSA, one of the best-known and ancient villages of the Pyrenees. The Mediano dam is not further than three miles from there.

Ainsa is at an altitude of 590 m. and has about 1500 inhabitants. It was founded in 724 AC. The village is in a privileged intersection between France, The National Park of Ordesa/Monte Perdido, the Guara mountain range and the Benasque Valley.
